Add node to RAC ASM 3 nodes 11.2

Hi
Have anyone added a fourth node, to a RAC 11.2 with ASM 3 nodes?
Im doing addnode from node1 to new node, but always fail when i run root.sh
[ default][2260734768]Failure 4 in trying to open SV key
SYSTEM.version.localhost
[ default][2260734768]procr_open_key error 4 errorbuf : PROCL-4: The local
registry key to be operated on does not exist.
Have anyone deal with it?
