Would you please check out this tool - DBspeed?

It provides hundreds of data mining queries to examine the performance data in
Automatic Workload Repository (AWR) and Active Session History (ASH). A
read-only database account can run all those queries. It also allows create and
browse conventional Oracle AWR and ASH reports without logging to database
servers.
