*woo-hooo* it works!
Although I had already tried the parameters LOAD_BALANCE, FAILOVER and ENABLE a 
few times in a different order (after the ADDRESS definition), only the order 
given below seems to work for me *wonders* So thanks to all you, guys, you 
helped me a lot! :)
