Did you set audit_trail=DB in the init file and restart?
Show parameter audit
audit_trail string DB

Subject: AUDIT sql command question
I ran:
SQL> audit insert table, update table, delete table;
Audit succeeded.
Then I did some updates on a few tables owned by myself. But I see no
entries in the sys.aud$ table recording my activities. What am I
missing?
