Yup, use ALTER DISKGROUP xxx ADD DISK to add the new LUNs to the diskgroup, then use ALTER DISKGROUP xxx DROP DISK to mark the old LUNs to be dropped, then run ALTER DISKGROUP xxx REBALANCE to make everything shuffle around. There won't be downtime, but don't expect I/O performance to be unaffected...
