ASM disk i/o stats

Looking at ASM views v$asm_disk_stat, v$asm_diskgroup_stat etc., I am trying to
pull out disk statistics for I/O service times.
It appears that this data goes back as a cumulative counter, back to ASM
instance startup. Is there a way to reset these statistics ?
Or some other view that has a more limited counter in time (like a few hours or
so) ?
