AIX and large SGA

AIX 5.3.2.7
Oracle 10.2.0.3 (+RAC)
We are new to AIX.
We are trying to start an Oracle instance with a large SGA (200gig+).
We previously has the instance running with the SGA about 40gig.
We are seeing multiple errors:
ora-00600 (probably a bug with this one)
ORA-04031
ORA-03113
We are wondering if there are AIX kernel parameters we need to modify to
accommodate a large
SGA.
Any help would be appreciated.
