Amir,

The problem is that SOA is more of a philosophy than necessarily a
technology. There is an emerging consensus in terms of common technology
pieces, but you first need to understand the philosophy. I don't know at
which stage you are, need a book that describes the philosophies behind SOA
and will help you choose the pieces, or have you selected pieces and need a
technical manual for implementation.
I would suggest you go to http://books.google.com and search for SOA or
service-oriented architecture. This will locate serveral good books on this
topic and allow you to read some fairly generous excerpts. From that,
purchase the books that seem to offer what you need at this stage.
Also, in this area, the vendors can be surprisingly useful. Since there
isn't much knowledge of SOA around, the vendors are providing a lot of basic
education. Naturally, they will pitch their own products and services, so
you'll have to filter that out a bit.
