9i RAC error

Hi All,

I did setup 2 node 9i RAC using RedHat linux. I have started cluster manager
successfully on Node-2 but Node-1 is giving the following error.
Could someone shed some light on this?

can't open file (/u01/app/oracle/oradata/orcl/CMQuorumFile)
----------------------------------
[oracle@int-linux1 log]$ ls -l /u01/app/oracle/oradata/orcl/CMQuorumFile
lrwxrwxrwx    1 oracle   dba            13 Jul 24 02:22
/u01/app/oracle/oradata/orcl/CMQuorumFile -> /dev/raw/raw1
--------------------------------------

Detailed error log is...
