9.2.6 Patch for Oracle

I have installed Oracle 9.2.0.1 on Sun solaris then try to apply the patch
9.2.0.6 during the patch installation I get the following error: I have
searched on web but didn't get any thing please let me know if any of you
had similar problem:
Error:
Invalid entry size{expected 5097984 but got 5097624}
'/opt/app/oracle/product/ora9206/bin/onrsd
