11g Grid Control Configuration Issue

   I've finally got 11g Grid Control installed on a Red Hat system (I couldn't 
get it to install on Solaris).  I had it up and running and somehow within a 
couple of hours messed it up.  Now the OMS will not start.  I get the following 
output from emctl:

oracle@dbarh5:DBALTEST>./emctl start oms

Starting WebTier...
WebTier Successfully Started
Starting Oracle Management Server...
Oracle Management Server is not functioning because of the following reason:
Oracle Management Server version is not compatible with repository version. 
Repository needs to be Upgraded.

I can't find anything on how to get the versions back in sync (or how I got 
them out of sync).  Where do I need to go to get this straightened out?
