thanks for the link, it's very useful and there's no doubt that it will make 
our 
preparation for upgrade and actual upgrade a more systematic one.
Unfortunately, it doesn't specify any bugs that exist in 11.2.0.2  that might 
affect us.

 No other goodies that I know of.. :) 
I believe this document is periodically updated by Oracle upgrade team, though 
the content they have now is quite adequate for most upgrades.
