If you use the Flash MOS, on the Service Requests page, click the 
tiny pencil-like icon. You'll have the choice for "Feedback Only 
(Non-Technical SRs)". If you use the HTML MOS, there's SR Type. You 
won't miss it.

Oracle support should really work on something more useful, such as 
searching inside your SR's. I wrote a program to do it and now have 
to rewrite it. Emails sent to you about your SR used to have the 
direct URL to the page. It no longer has it. The support developers 
are so facinated by everything teenagers are excited about as to 
forget their primary duty.
