What is provided by OEM is available under Setup -> Administrator. Go to this 
page and then give a look to the online documentation (link "Help"...). The 
available options are listed... (sorry, right now I just have a 10.2 beta GC 
available... and I don't remember which options are available in version 
10.1...)
