I have downloaded these three files four times over and over again , but always get the same problems. Only these files , the other files seem to be OK.

You should compare the checksums of the downloaded files with ones posted on edelivery.oracle.com. (there are instructions) If they are different (and they should be) you have to download the files again.

I hope I am not the only one with this issue. I have tried downloading EBS for Win32 12.0.4 , but every time I try to unzip files V11831_2of3.zip , V11831_3of3.zip and V11832-01.zip 
i get into bad CRC issues.
I have gone into the zip files and for all the three zips there is a class file oracle/security/digsig/PKCS7BrowsersignRequest.class while is the problem. 



Has anyone else had such an issue? Can i ignore this file ?
