opening form shows error :FRM -40735:ON_ERROR trigger

DBAS,
I have a single node instance .When I trying opening the application. i.e
any forms .. its throwing error :
FRM -40735:ON_ERROR trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-06508 ..
Plz help me out .
