As u have mentioned to restore the .env file from the backup u mean that i
should do it for both applications and also for DB.

Why you have stopped a patching process?
I believe the right way to sort this situation out is to restore the
env. from backup just as it was before the patch apply and do it
again.
As you stopped the patch process on the middle it might be (and it is
as follow from your post) most of AD functionality doesn't work
because of invalid FND objects.
I would recommend to start it over again.
