I had similar issue when we upgraded the ATG level. I realized that our business does not require inbound message option. So we are safe with having sendmail on unix for smtp, that internally talks to the exchange server. I checked the inbound option and there are basically 3 options available to access mailbox on exchange- POP, IMAP and RPC over HTTP. Most administrators will now move to the 3rd option that is gaining popularity, think this could be the case in your setup also. This does mean that you have to wait till oracle comes out with support for this. Alternatively, you could evaluate a pushmail (or pullmail) service that supports rpc over HTTP and pushes email from the exchange box to the workflow mailer box. This is kind of similar to blackberry service that acts as a middle link between to sides. This does call for good RND. Thanks! I am able to work with the SMTP but there is no IMAP configured since Microsoft Exchange is being used. Can we have any other way to configure WF-Mailer? Regards, N P
