Let me know exact oracle version as i remember i used to have same
problem with 11.5.9 with 9.2.0.3 on linux which was a bug.

Hello DBA's,

 

We have a scheduled shutdown of 11i on windows but the database is not
shutting down.That means some transaction is going on right?

 

How to check which transaction was blocking the shutdown? As in alert
log file no clue.. :-( and in concurrent request log also..

 

Is there any way to find?

 

Please suggest me.
