Sorry for my late reply.

More Details,please refer to Oracle Alert user guide.below is a simple steps
for quick check.

User:sysadmin
Responsibility:Alert Manager
Menu:Alert-->Define
Application:Application DBA
Name:Tablespaces without adequate free space

Click [Actions] button in left buttom,you will see two actions in popup
windows,and click [Actions Details]
you can input your mailaddress in To column.

first you should enable and set up frequency for this alter in main
windows.

in Application:Application DBA,there also have some other usefull alerts for
DBA.
