RE: Reg:DB Upgradation.

Have done db 10.2.0.3 upgrade last year. I remember that EBS need to
have RUP3 or higher in order to certify with db 10.2.0.3. There are some
pre and post patches need to be applied for the db upgrade. The

Double check certification first, but I'd generally go to 10.2.0.4 if
available/certified on your platform.  (No sense upgrading twice if
you don't have to!)
