You need to download 10.2.0.3 patchset from oracle metalink and apply with 
existing oracle 10.2.0.1 home using opatch utility. And then you need to run 
post upgrade sql scripts.

Hello DBAʼs,
 
We have 10g(10.2.0.1) database on windows 2003.Client wants it be upgraded to  
10.2.0.3.
 
Anyone has any specific document for this upgradation.
 
Please assist me.
