Oracle will always gives you the log information. Are you doing the single
node clone or Multinode cloning? Have a look while running adcfgclone where
you find the path of clone log file at the end and paste to forum.
Ensure your database process and listener is up and running. before you run
adcfgclone on Application node/application tier.
