RE: Reg: Service Manager

Hi Sarfraz,

 

This issue is in Production. Recently we cloned the instance. Hence the
same thing is in clone also.


1). Navigate to: Install/Node from System Administration
responsibility:Node already exists.
2). Define the new node, 
3). Navigate to Concurrent/Manager/Define, assign new node from LOV to
the 
problem managers.
4). Bounce the internal concurrent manager.No luck.again same error.

 

Please let me know if there is anything else to check.

 
Also as described by above note id also please make sure you cloned
corrently as in my case it shows following

My service Manager is not showing the node.What could be the issue for
this.Tried to find out in metalink but no clue.

 

I have attached the log file for reference.
