R12 and RAC

Hi

I have 11.5.10.2 (upgraded to 10g) multinode (1-db and 2 form servers) with 
dataguard implemented on Redhat Linux AS 4. I am planning to upgrade to R12 and 
implement RAC. Also exploring to buy Dell PowerVault MD3000 Highly Available 
Modular Disk Storage Array. Please share your experience regarding hardware and 
implementation, suggest the road map or any step by step guide.
