Oracle ATG Newsletter - December 2007, Volume 6 | A LOT OF FUN ! :)

Hi,

Recently I have got an ATG Newsletter from Oracle (405970.1).
One section of it atract my attention and gave me good portion of laugh.

The text is as following
=============================================
HOT TIP! Searching our content in Metalink

To better find solutions in Metalink, Look at searching directly in a
Knowledge Browser Page versus doing a General Search or Advanced
Search.

Why is it better?

Since you selected a specific Knowledge Browser Page (See above), the
Search will be restricted to ONLY the notes in this Knowledge Browser
Page and will not return notes that were not created for that area.

How to search?

   1. Selected a specific Knowledge Browser Page (See above)
   2. Click "Search Within Category" in the Browse Product section
   3. Enter your search criteria then "Go"

This will display all notes that meet your search criterias for that
specific Knowledge Browser Page. It is a better focused search with
targeted notes that meet your product area or technology.

Give it a try, You will be pleased!
=============================================

My immediate thought is: No way serach though particular Knowledge
Browser Page will be more effective then Advanced or General Search.
I do not have any idea thich sction I need to seach for to get some
hints to solve my problem.
I beleave Oracle Analists have the same filling and not always
catigorize the descriptions in the ringht way.
It is much simpler and brings results much quicker if I use general search.
For me the recomeded methode failed to retrive results several time
and I even wouldn't like to try enother go any more.

What is your expirince in that context? May be somebody in the list
would support the recomended way and I would be glad to hear from you.
Any optins?
