RE: NLS Patch issues on R12.0.4

thank you jay, on my instance we already applied patch 6394500. but still we 
are getting these error.
 
SQL> select bug_number from ad_bugs where bug_number='6435000';
BUG_NUMBER
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
6435000
 
Please let me know any concerns regarding this

Apply US Version of  Patch 6394500  first and them apply 6394500:E

I am in the process of applying NLS_Patches on R12.0.4   i am getting some 
issues.
