Guest passowrd change

Hi All ,
We have changed Guest password in our 11.5.10 Setup.
After changing the Guest password, every thing is working fine. but whenever
Application user's are changing the password they are getting error or
Unable to login with Username/Password.
One strage thing is that, Existing user login is working fine.
Let me know if some have faced this problem.
