Re: Concurrent manager utility (CONCSUB) is not found !!!!

CONCSUB should be under ${FND_TOP}/bin and should be an executable binary.

If it is actually not there, then you've probably had either a
partially-installed (i.e. "failed")
patch or an incomplete adadmin "relink" session.  (or someone has manually
done something to it).

Use the adadmin tool to relink that executable and see if one "re-appears".
