Could you search adsvalsn.cmd in autoconfig logfile(file name is listed on
ending on autoconfig screen.) and find more detail errors when the scripts
was executed.

of course,you can
open d:\oracle\testcomn\admin\install\TEST_oratest3srv\ adsvalsn.cmd and see
what this scripts actually do.
