Re: Autoconfig Issue.

Make you connection a console connection by starting mstsc from a command 
prompt via mstsc /console. 

If it is a 2k8 server than you have to use a different command.

Is it on windows environment?

I've seen this issue when you run it on a windows server from a Remote Desktop 
connection.

You can try from Symantec PC Anywhere or run it on the host server to resolve 
it.

If you can't, this can be ignored.
