Autoconfig Issue.

Hello DBA's,

 

When I run autoconfig on DB tier it went fine.But while doing on APPS.I
received the below error.

 

AutoConfig could not successfully execute the following scripts: 
Directory: d:\oracle\testcomn\admin\install\TEST_oratest3srv 
adsvalsn.cmd INSTE8_APPLY -1 

 

Please help me in resolving this issue.
