Re: 11.5.9 Application grows hugely in prev two weeks

Assuming that nothing has changed recently.  (You didn't just go-live
with a new module, add a new business unit, etc.)

My guess is that a purge process (concurrent manager job) that had
been running is no longer scheduled.   (Maybe the
user it was running under has been terminated?)

You may want to query your concurrent manager history for any jobs
matching "purge".

Additionally, you could search MetaLink on each of those tables in question.

A quick look finds 247809.1 and 565918.1
