Marco makes a manual table for about $500. Most manual tables have been phased
out in deference to electric ones. The electrics start at $650 or so. Add a top
for another $90 to either one. The electric table don't jolt the instrument
electronics when raising or lowering like some manual tables.

Anyone out there have suggestions for a small lightweight instrument table?
It only needs to support a non-myd camera (<50#) and have adjustable table
height.
