I believe the BOD made decisions multiple times to avoid taking a position on
this issue given the legal ramifications
I know for a fact during Paul Montague’s tenure ( twice) as President he was
adamant on this point. That was the time that an official disclaimer was
placed on our website, after consultation with the attorney that he engaged. I
believe that disclaimer is still on our website?

Just curious- why do you need an RN to give this talk? I’m not trying to stir
things up, but for those of us that are legal to inject fluorescein in our
state, why not ask within the OPS? I’m sure that whoever gives the talk will
need to precede it with an OPS disclaimer.

Hello-
This is a call to any potential RN's that would be interested in giving a talk
to the OPS annual education meeting, about injection management, FA reactions.
If you are interested and available about this course please contact me
directly.
Thanks for your interest,
