[optimal] Email errors

I'm sorry for all the error messages. It appears that quite a few people
that changed email addresses never removed the old ones. I am removing
them now.
I'm in the process of manually removing these but it is not always easy
as I have to read each error message. Non administrators should not be
getting these messages but clearly that is not working.
If you want to remove yourself or change your setting like jumping into
digest mode go to the site below.
I'm currently correcting all the discontinued addresses which is what
you are seeing.
Hopefully they will be fixed quickly.

remove your address http://www.freelists.org/list/optimal The list will
send you a password if you enter your email address without a password.
