[optacon-l] another contrast possibility for Windows 7

Hi,
It looks like high contrast white also works, and you can use it in the normal
mode; it even works with the regular optacon lens.
And it looks like youâ??re right about Unicode UTF 8; it worked fine with a
test message. Unicode settings were hidden in the menus.
