That last item seems questionable, to say the least.

I wonder how the supposed drop in TV audience compares
with movie theater audiences?
To me, this is one of those fluid decisions. I have high
hopes for the fall TV program lineup. I like the science
fiction emphasis. Hope the writers are up to it.
