The local Bay Area PBS station, KQED-DT is now using 528x480
on all it's SD sub-channels (four in the daytime, three and a pretty poor
HD sub-channel after 8pm).

- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word
