[opendtv] Re: Why Europe should choose 720P for HDTV

I personally doubt it.  But I made that most misunderstood comment to 
Craig in a discussion of blue laser DVD using advanced codecs.  I was 
actually thinking of something like 4:4:4 AVC or VC1 at 25-30 mbps which 
could hopefully do it quite well, especially for 24fps movies. (If those 
are even going to support 4:4:4 encoding).
