Must carry won by one vote at the Supreme Court. Isn't the court now, or 
when cable brings this before them, far more for a strict reading of the 
founders intentions? How does this bode for must carry? My take is that 
the Constitution didn't say much about must carry but a lot about 
wrongful taking by the government.

I think cable wins easily like seven to two. And this will be about all 
must carry not just multicast must carry.

John should have something to say on this.
