[opendtv] WB and Fox, and RF propagation issue

Two strange things I noticed last night, late (past prime time).

1. Looks like Baltimore Fox 45.2 is (or was) transmitting the same
program as Baltimore WB 54.1? What gives?

2. Also, some of the Baltimore stations (ABC 2, NBC 11) and the
Annapolis PBS station dropped off the chart completely. Like, a signal
strength close to 0. They slowly recovered in an hour or so, and seemed
back to normal this AM.

Weird stuff.
