Wow. That's a first. Wireless Skype service that doesn't even require 3G or a data plan.

Not surprising, since smart phones have broken out of the telco walled gardens with affordable data plans.

Gotta do something with all of the existing wireless telco bandwidth that is still dedicated to voice circuits. Why not go bottom fishing...
