Gee. That sounds like we should use the spectrum to send free
SDTV over ATSC/MPEG2 at low bit rates and use some of the rest for
a premium proprietary enhancement layer in HDTV/MPEG4/AVC that
also filled in some of the commercial spots with naughty bits.
Actually, this is where I first thought maybe USDTV was heading.
