That is true and have you noticed the excellent quality of the Fox material-
albeit 720P? (IMO a very good choice by FOX and ABC)
The CBS stations seem to have the most HD quality problems, in my limited
experience, and I believe that 1080i, while not my format of choice, is only
part of the problem. CBS was the early HD adopter and made a major effort to
bring affiliates into the fold with equipment deals. Like all things DTV,
the early equipment was not necessarily up to the task. Those who waited for
the systems to mature likely have fewer problems now.
