Since most spam blockers now use at least bayesian filters, it's probably more likely that they have trained their blocker too heavily or with the wrong combination of messages categorized as 'spam', and it is thus rejecting the emails based on false positive parsing of the combinations of []'s, 'unsubscribe', and so forth.
