[opendtv] Re: Sony's Blu-ray 'leads US hi-def DVD sales'

I've been told that the sales figures cited by the FT for Bert's Europe story are pre-Sony PS3 launch. With the PS3 included, Blu-Ray has far outsold HD-DVD. I would also assume that is also true for the US.
Although the sales of the PS3 didn't set the records that Sony had hoped, it is a very big boost to getting Blu-Ray into homes.
