Tom, that FCC site mentions these rather powerful translators. I'd be very 
curious what they're there for. If there's any justice, they should be to relay 
the missing common OTA stations in Gainesville, like NBC, CW, MNT, and 
whatever. This is how the powerful ones are listed. Note also the decent 
antenna heights. Maybe someone knows what they're for:

There are also applications for some low-power DTT stations, but that's 
different. I didn't include those. I'm surprised that a market like Gainesville 
doesn't have some larger OTA TV market they can easily feed from. Antennaweb is 
singularly unhelpful for Gainesville.
