Tom, very interesting survey, a few questions follow:

Your 2007 totals account for 83% of the respondents, where/how do the
remaining 17% view DTV? It is a significant sample and can we assume it
mostly relates to PC and notebook viewers? If so, that would likely skew
towards OTA.
Also, how does the number of respondent compare, year to year?
