[opendtv] Simultaneous Update of Display Pixels

The simultaneous updating of display pixels involves too much bandwidth if done
in a direct way. Pixels could be simultaneously updated from memory that is
written to by serial scanning and read in a simultaneous dump. The memory
construction is a problem, since the individual stores for each pixel will
probably be analog signal stores, which would have to be matched to each other.
